should do is to check what version you are running of the product you are having problems
with. Then check for the latest version of that product to see whether you have to update

When reporting problems, please include the following information:
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version of Windows are you running? For example, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0,
etc.
- What version of the product are you running? Select About from the any of the
product's help menus. Please include the entire version line in your problem report.
- If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text
of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
