The first thing you should do is to check what version you are running of the product you are having problems with. Then check for the latest version of that product to see whether you have to update it, or not.

Technical support is available at no charge as described below. The best way to report problems is to send e-mail to support@o-edge.com. Send postal mail to OuterEdge Software, Djupedalen 11, 5780 Kinsarvik, NORWAY.

When reporting problems, please include the following information:

  1. Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
  2. What version of Windows are you running? For example, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, etc.
  3. What version of the product are you running? Select About from the any of the product's help menus. Please include the entire version line in your problem report.
  4. If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
